Besides the production of raw sugar and molasses, we produce all natural specialty sugars for consumers under our Maui Brand Hawaiian Raw Sugar label. Maui Brand Natural Cane Sugar comes in two varieties: Natural White (Evaporated Cane Juice) and Premium Maui Gold Turbinado. Both are CRAFTED to retain some of their natural molasses to provide extra richness to enhance FLAVORS.

Maui Brand Natural White (ECJ) Sugar is the color of the near white sands on our Maui beaches and contains just a hint of molasses to add extra  richness. It retains the old fashioned pure taste of sugar cane not found in regular refined sweeteners and is a natural substitute whenever refined white sugar is used.

Amber-colored Premium Maui Gold (Turbinado) is made by the slow boiling of layer upon layer of high colored sugar. It adds rich taste to coffee and tea drinks and enhanced flavor to baked goods. Premium Hawaiian Turbinado is easily recognized by its distinct golden luster and larger crystals.
